I am a big blabber mouth: Nikhil

Apart from that, he is an architect by qualification, and is now enjoying being a VJ and a DJ. Nikhil, who has also worked as a RJ before turning to television, says, “My plan was to become a bartender. It is a series of lucky coincidences and accidents that have led me to this! I am a big blabber mouth.I used to blabber for the radio and now I do it for TV.”
Nikhil, who also did a stint in Bollywood, says that the big screen was never in his scheme of things. “At the moment, I have two scripts lying in my inbox and I haven’t even looked at them. I am an advocate of sloth,” he says.
So what was it that got him interested in becoming a DJ? Nikhil says, “I got sick of listening to Kaliyon ka chaman in every disc I went to. It got on my nerves. So I played DJ to my friends and they liked it.”
Encouraged by all this success, Nikhil is now planning big. “I am organising India’s first ever and Asia’s biggest electronic dance festival in Goa. There will be 42 DJs coming from all over the globe to rock the dance floors,” he adds.
And what about his bartending dream? Nikhil answers, “I definitely plan to go back to bartending. At the moment though, I am happy being a VJ.”
